Meeting Saturday, Dec. 11, 4 p.m.

The last meeting of 2010 will be on Dec. 11, at 4 p.m.
at 341 Jefferson Ave.

We are expecting a visit from Claudette Brady to give an update on the
Bedford Corners Landmarking process.

We'll also be open to discussing new business.

Meeting Saturday, Nov. 13, 4 p.m.

This Month's meeting will be at 4 p.m. 275 Jefferson Ave. Garden Apt.

This will be the first meeting with our new President and VP.
Congrats to Francis Bowe, President and James Leonard, Vice President.

And much thanks to all the great years of service to Tyrone Brodie, Former President.

We will continue projects such as the Atlantic City Bus Ride
and talk about new ideas.

This is a great time to get involved!

What can I get rid of?

Large items that are neither 100 percent metal nor predominantly metal - such as mattresses, microwaves, televisions, sofas, EZ chairs, wood tables, etc.

Old carpets and rugs must be free of all nails or staples, and securely tied in bales no more than 2 feet high and 4 feet long.

Old lumber or tree limbs must be tied in bales no more than 2 feet high and 4 feet long.

House paint must be in leak-proof receptacles with tightly fitting lids or in securely tied heavy duty opaque (e.g., black/brown bag, etc.) plastic bags.

There will also be a metal collector to recycle metal items.
